NO PASSES ACCEPTED OTHER THAN IHSAA PASSES
- Tournament Manager: Casey Clark
- Players: Only the players on the JVA Roster will be allowed free admittance
- Manager/Stats: Each Team can have 1 Manager and 2 Stat people admitted Free
- Scorebook: Please provide your own official score book and book keeper
- Game Ball: Melba will provide a game ball
- Supervision: Each school needs to supervise their own students and teams
- Concessions: Concessions will be available
- Locker Rooms: Looker Rooms will be assigned but they will not be locked. Teams are asked to pick up their trash from bench area and locker room after each game
- Uniforms: The higher seed will wear white uniforms. Each team should bring both uniforms to be safe

- Based on regular season WIC record
- Ties broken using the WIC Tie-breaker system.
Uniforms: HIGH SEED will be the HOME team. They will wear light jerseys and sit to the right of the scorer’s table (as you face it.) Teams should bring BOTH sets of jerseys to be safe.
Programs: Provided by tournament manager.
Expenses: Teams will be reimbursed by using the WIC “share system”
Locker Rooms: Will be assigned by site manager. They will be available 60 minutes prior to game time. No one will be allowed to shoot more than 30 minutes before game time. Locker rooms will be monitored and secure but we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. It is recommended that you bring a “valuables bag” with you and keep it on the bench or with a friend/family member in the stands during your game.
Trainers: You should plan to bring your own supplies. A training room with ice will be available.
Parking: All participants will use the main entrance to the gymnasium. Buses may drop-off at the main entrance and park South of the tennis courts. All other vehicles should use the main parking lot.
Admission: Pass Gate– will be to the right as you enter the main gate area All team members, stats, coaches, cheerleaders and mascots (in uniform only), half time performers and accepted pass holders should use this gate.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Adults/students w/o activity cards $5.00
Students with activity cards $3.00
Elementary and Senior Citizens $3.00
Passes: Only IHSAA passes will be accepted.
Bands: Please notify tournament manager (Matt Beglinger, Cole Valley). Bands may play before the game, at timeouts, and during the quarter and halftime breaks. A trailer may be played after a made basket. Directors need to discuss a playing order before the game in the event that there are two bands.
Halftime: If your group would like to perform at Vallivue High School, please notify the tournament manager. Performances should not exceed 3 minutes in length.
Cheerleaders: Please perform in front of your designated area.
Officials: Officials are chosen by the coaches and assigned by the Board of Control. Timers and scorers are assigned by the tournament manager. Schools hosting the high seed games are responsible for assigning the timer, scorekeeper, and administration.
WIC League and Third District All Stars:
These players will be selected by the coaches, and announced at the conclusion of the Girls State Tournament. Coaches meeting to be held on first day of JV tournament at JV tournament host site.
Awards: Medals and Trophies, as established by the Board of Control will be presented after the championship game.
Media: Winning coaches call in game results. Please be prepared with stats if possible.
